One Account Per Person

Account Registration & Security

Discrepancies between the name on your account and the name on your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending investigation.
Upon successful registration, you will create a unique username and password combination. You are solely responsible for:

The following general Bonus conditions apply across all cv66l promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms page.
- Eligible games: Not all games on cv66l contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate; certain RNG table games may contribute 0%. Always check the individual promotion's game contribution table.
- Time limits: All Bonuses carry an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be met. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.
- One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect your ability to claim a new promotion.
- Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Abuse: cv66l reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings if, in our reasonable determination, a player has exploited promotional offers through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts.
Bonus offers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of the specific wagering conditions attached to them. cv66l reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not negatively affect players who have already accepted a promotion and are actively meeting its wagering requirements.
Betting & Gaming Rules
By placing any bet or wager on the cv66l Platform, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to that product category. The following general rules apply across all cv66l betting and gaming products:
- Bet confirmation: A bet is only accepted and binding once you have received a written confirmation of the bet slip or game outcome on the Platform. cv66l is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on your device or network.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and betting market operates within defined minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the relevant game or market interface. cv66l reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
- Odds changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. If the odds change between the time you select a market and the time you confirm your bet, you will be offered the opportunity to accept the new odds or cancel the selection.
- Void bets: cv66l reserves the right to declare bets void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or where a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are settled at the original stake.
- In-play betting: In-play or live betting markets close at the discretion of cv66l's trading team. Bets placed during a period of suspended trading will not be accepted. cv66l does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets for any event.
- Game malfunctions: In the event of a malfunction in any casino game, slot, or live dealer product, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. cv66l's decision on the settlement of malfunctioned game rounds is final.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Prohibited Conduct & Account Closure
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cv66l Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
